We are searching for a talented Team Leader - Housekeeping
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Evening shift, 3pm 11:30pm, with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Tobey Hospital Wareham, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities:
Under general supervision of Manager, Environmental Services, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the Environmental Services department including but not limited to: assist the Manager in the coordination of workers engaged in maintaining the hospital in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition, etc. Prepare daily staff assignments and assume responsibility for monitoring and recording staff competency.
Qualifications:
- Associate?s Degree in a related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience required.
- Position responsibilities require good inter-personal and organization skills.
- Working knowledge of software applications, i.e. Meditech, GroupWise, Excel, Word and Bed Tracking database.
- A minimum of one year related experience required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range:
USD $17.32 - USD $29.12 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement :
weekend/holiday rotation
