They spread their hours across Mon-Sat through tax season, and have Fridays off in the summer time.
Any hour that you do work overtime, you gain back to take as extra holiday on top of the 3-4 weeks already offered.
They are a small firm based in Fairfax focused on business and individual tax, and bookkeeping for their loyal clients spanning industries such as hospitality, healthcare, financial services and real estate.
They are looking for a senior tax associate/preparer with extensive experience with individual tax returns. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience working with complex 1040s and a high volume of returns.
Right now they love coming in each day to work in their beautiful new office and to see the rest of the team, but they work from home every Friday.
