Associate Attorney

Plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm is hiring an experienced and ambitious Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Mercer County, New Jersey legal team.

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within a plaintiff labor and employment practice
• Admission to the New York Jersey State Bar
• Strong academic credentials
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Associate Attorney will:

• Manage client intake
• Provide legal counsel and representation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and provide case management
• Conduct discovery and depositions
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Attend trials and conferences

Additional Information:

• Full-time in office
• Salary: $100K - $135K commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matched retirement plan, bonuses, commission and more!
