About the Company and Opportunity:

• CFS is working with a company located in Franklin, TN to identify a Account Representative!
• The Account Representative role will be with a small, fun, outgoing, down-to-earth, and hardworking team!
• The ideal Account Representative candidate can utilize their multitasking skills and has great attention to detail!

Overview of the Account Representative role:

• Email Correspondence to fulfil and track international accounts
• Handling order entry and order tracking
• Request documentation and ensure proper follow-up with customers
• Input order entry into Excel
• Tracking shipments
• Research order processing delays
• Collect and enter document logistics
• Collect and enter customer feedback
• Purchase Order Management

Requirements for the Account Representative role:

• Ability to Prioritize and Manage Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Light Excel skills - Data Entry, Spreadsheets
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Willingness to be a supportive team player
• **Spanish is a plus!!
