As a Package Handler, your responsibilities will include handling packages weighing less than 50 lbs with the aid of automation technology to minimize physical labor. You'll be tasked with retrieving and sorting incoming packages, as well as preparing deliveries through methods like Gaylord, sack setup, or pallet stacking. Loading packages into the system and identifying any special handling needs will be crucial aspects of your role, where you'll utilize technology such as scanners, computers, and automation to ensure enhanced accuracy and speed. This position is entry-level, requiring no prior experience, but you must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift. Additionally, you'll be expected to perform any additional duties as required to support efficient operations.
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour, with a $4 increase per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
Weekend Shift:
- Friday: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 or 6:00 PM
