Position Overview
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets in the commercial & and industrial roofing industry. Your primary focus will be on building new relationships with potential clients, educating them about our roofing services, and closing deals to contribute to the company's overall growth.
Experienced or no experience in commercial roofing, we offer training to the right individuals who strive to be successful and are dedicated to our growth goals.
Base salary and commissions generated range from $60,000 to $120,000 annually.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Present facility owners and managers with proposals for products and services.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Execute effective closing strategies, overcoming objections, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Provide customers with education on industry products, services, codes, and trends to become a trusted roofing advisor.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with the support of our experienced staff.
