Job Title: Full-Time Telehealth Doctor

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Minnesota)

Job Overview

    • Join our mission to redefine obesity care at Enara Health. As a Full-Time Physician, you will lead our multidisciplinary team, working remotely to deliver both synchronous and asynchronous patient care through our advanced technology platform. This position is perfect for physicians who value a flexible schedule and are passionate about making a significant impact on patient health.


Key Responsibilities
    • Manage a panel of up to 500 patients, providing tailored obesity care plans that include medical, nutritional, and behavioral strategies.
    • Work closely with a team of dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine experts to deliver holistic patient care.
    • Foster lasting relationships with patients, enhancing their journey toward healthier lifestyles.
    • Practice with autonomy while receiving comprehensive administrative support.
    • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to innovation in telehealth services.


Minimum Qualifications
    • Medical license in California. Other states are a plus.
    • Current DEA certification in California. Other states are a plus.
    • Strong ability to work independently and lead a multidisciplinary team in managing diverse patient populations.
    • Preferably experienced in obesity medicine and telemedicine or extensive experience in chronic disease management and behavior change.
    • Demonstrates a positive, supportive attitude dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.
    • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to innovative healthcare.


Compensation
    • Competitive salary range of $205,000 to $230,000 annually, depending on experience and role responsibilities.
    • Ability to earn an annual 5-25% RVU bonus based on productivity.
