Claims/Medical Biller Entry Level

Job Details

Position Summary: This position will be working with Medical Billing/Collections and occasionally with Insurance Verification/Authorizations. This is an entry-level position. This position is an IN PERSON position at our North Wales location.

Responsibilities Include:

• Daily invoicing of electronic claims
• Billing patients and reviewing patient statements
• Monitoring patient collections
• Daily posting of patient payments
• Following up on unpaid claims
• Assisting the Verifications and Authorization Specialist as needed

Skills & Abilities:

• Positive attitude and team player
• Excellent organizational skills, verbal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Education:

High School Diploma

Medical Billing and Coding knowledge is preferred, but not required
