Staff Accountant


Job Details

This individual will be responsible for the administration of financial transactions related to cash management, accounts payable and monthly billing of program services, including recording invoices in the accounting system and reconciling to the general ledger, preparing and inputting adjusting entries, monitoring and following up on all aged receivables and collection of unpaid invoices. In addition, this individual will work directly with our financial management company and external auditor to provide financial data for required reporting.

Requirements

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree (in Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience, 2 years of accounting experience, ability to multi-task, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office products. Experience with accounting software is a plus.
