** Guest Services Professional**
ESB - Elite Styles and Beauty / Guest Service Coordinator will be willing to learn new techniques and be a part of an exciting spa concept. Be professional and courteous conduct with an emphasis on confidentiality and professional appearance. We are looking for a team player with a "can-do" attitude and highly efficient organizational and communication skills.
We expect polished language skills, both in person, over the phone and through email. This is a part time position that can lead into full time.

* $17.00 per hour

* Monday-Sunday- Days will Vary *8 hour shift
**Full Job Description:**
At ESB Elite Styles and Beauty we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the expanding team. This individual should have at least 1-2 years of Front Receptionist experience, and/or a minimum of 1 year work experience in a Spa setting is a Plus!

Duties involved:
* Checking patients in and out.
* Managing inventory.
* Scheduling patients and clients for various appointments.
* Maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment for patients.
* Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and preparing efficient visit for each patient.
* Confirming appointments via email and phone calls.
* Managing the schedule and flow of the office.
* Being the 'face' and 'voice' of the practice.
