**Overview**
**Now Hiring for our Summer 2022 Food and Beverage team at Mount Rushmore National Memorial****!**
Summer seasonal positions start as early as May 3rd and extend until October 30th, 2022!
Hourly Rate: $11.70/hour

**Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
* Operate cash register and tender payment accurately.
* Prepare some food items and serve food and beverages to guests while complying with ServSafe protocol.
* Bus tables as needed, clearing and sanitizing tables between guests.
* Ensure dirty dishes are taken to kitchen, run the dishwasher, and clean work areas.
* Ensure dining room is fully stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and condiments.
* Assist in keeping dining room and work area clean and sanitized.
**Qualifications**
* Previous food & beverage experience; fast food experience preferred.
* Public contact experience with a willingness to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of customers in a high-volume seasonal food service operation.
* Ability to properly handle and secure cash and credit cards; basic math skills and ability to make change.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to stand/walk continuously for eight to ten hours.
