Do you work best with a high volume of work to process that allows you to focus on the task and get into a zone? This Accounts Payable Data Entry opportunity is 100% onsite, has earlier hours (7:00 am to 3:30 pm), and keeps you focused in a welcoming environment! You will be accountable for processing approximately 250 invoices per day. If you exceed expectations, there is a high probability of transitioning to a permanent employee. Responsibilities
- Utilize your keying skills to process 250 invoices per day
- Review and audit the factory direct invoices for correct information
- Calculate and recalculate freight in factory direct invoices
- Research and investigate Sales Department inquiries
- Input the invoice information into SAP (Company's Accounting Software System)
