Various Locations / Sales Team DHI Roofing / Full-Time Accord Group is a national storm restoration roofing company and we operate in several states across the country, which means our teams travel to rebuild, and restore communities who have been hit by major storm events such as, hail, hurricanes, and tornadoes. The storms create our work but ultimately our Project Sales Representatives create the revenue and deliver the most remarkable experiences to our homeowners. We are looking for **Project Sales Representatives** who are confident, aggressive, and determined to bring their absolute best everyday.

The **Project Sales Representative** makes a vital contribution to the company as revenue producers and customer relationship managers. By overseeing each phase of the project, you will make an impact by achieving annual revenue, meeting the project build objectives, and collecting the funds. You will understand the competitive activity and buyers preferences in your market and deliver remarkable customer service and teammate experiences. As an A-player, in this role, you will deliver top results, thrive in a fast paced, and high pressure/high reward environment. Discipline and focus on weekly sales activity goals and ability to build strong relationships will lead you to success in showcasing our services in a compelling way.

**We are currently working storms and have offices in Indianapolis Indiana and Jacksonville Florida.** + **1. SELL:**

+ Set appointments

+ Including but not limited to direct marketing, door knocking, and asking for leads

+ In Home/At Property presentation of service offering/sales appointments

+ Physically inspect property to observe exterior damage on properties including roofs, this includes but is not limited, to climbing a ladder, and walking on roofs of property

+ Create estimate using company approved documents and technology accurately accounting for all damages and accounting for all building materials damaged

+ Prepare for and attend adjuster meeting

+ Obtain copy of Insurance company statement of loss

+ Conduct final homeowner meeting to

+ **2. BUILD:**

+ Keep track of where all your files are in the build pipeline

+ Inventory material at job site prior to build, middle of build and end of build

+ Hand out watch us build letters prior to build day before

+ Assist crew members in carrying out safety steps

+ Actively monitor build by communicating with the homeowner during build to ensure positively remarkable experiences and taking all necessary pictures before, during and after each trade, and upload them into CRM

+ Get the homeowner to complete, understand, and sign the necessary documentation required by the Company

+ Resolve any build related problems in a timely manner

+ **3. COLLECT:**

+ All invoicing, follow up, and physical collection of all payments is the responsibility of the project sales representative. Activities include but are not limited to the following:

+ Send supplements to the insurance company and confirm they received said supplement

+ Confirm insurance company released check amount agreed to

+ Collect any and all checks, and if the mortgage company is on them, get them sent to the mortgage company, and confirm they received them

+ Coordinate and meet mortgage inspector

+ Coordinate the release of mortgage checks from mortgage company back to homeowner

+ Track down and hold accountable all checks and collections of all monies owed

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

+ While performing the duties of this job, the Project Sales Representatives are regularly required to be active most of the day working from their vehicle.

+ Regularly ascends/ descends a ladder to inspect roofs

+ Must be able to move heavy objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.

+ Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

+ May need to lift construction materials including but not limited to roofing shingles, plywood, etc
