Classification:

NON-EXEMPT HOURLY

Reports to:

Melissa Reynolds, Accounting/Office Manager

Location:

California

Summary of Essential Functions:

Under the direction of Accounting Manager providing all clerical support functions to include but not limited to filing, organizing, assisting with HR/Accounting functions, office maintenance, computer work, etc.

  7. Computer ability in MS Office Applications (Outlook, PP, Excel, and Access) and QuickBooks Desktop


Physical demands:

Largely sedentary with the required ability to lift and carry up to 50-pounds on an as needed basis when applicable in the lifting and carrying of files, equipment, supplies, materials with the necessary bending and standing as necessary.

Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma and or GED
  2. 6-months to 1-year clerical experience in an office setting
  3. Valid Driver's License with personal vehicle
