**Location:** Nashville, TN

**Schedule:** Monday Friday, 6:30am 3:00pm

**Salary:** $17.00 $19.00 and a benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays in first year, merit increase eligible twice annually!

**Purpose & Summary:** The Forklift Operator loads and unloads trucks multiple times per day, and delivers essential material to our production team members. While the Forklift Operator performs a variety of warehouse tasks, basic Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

* Operating a forklift

* Sorting warehouse materials

* Handling the shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation

* Working with our ERP system for tracking inventory

* Maintaining forklifts

* Cleaning the warehouse

**Requirements:** High School Diploma or equivalent required combined with a minimum of one year of warehouse experience required. Previous forklift experience of 6+ months is preferred.

Knowledge:

* Knowledge of gas and electric forklift operations.

* Knowledge of standard concepts and procedures of a warehouse.

* Knowledge of weighing up items for shipping and receiving, barcode labeling, scanning.

Skills:

* Basic computer skills, including working experience/knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

* Strong work ethic.

* High attention to detail

* 1 year of Experience working within an ERP system.

Abilities:

* Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

* Ability to understand warehouse responsibilities.

* Ability to enter account information and complete reports in a computer system.

* Ability to maintain a safe working environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Forklift and/or pallet jack experience. Attention to detail and high awareness of safety practices with forklift and warehouse. Maintenance or light maintenance knowledge.
