We are looking for dedicated professionals looking for a fulfilling position as a caregiver. Here at Tailored Home Care LLC our mission is to assist aging adults by providing top quality care while promoting independence.
Looking for:
Monday- Friday 8:00am-12pm
Saturday and Sunday - 11:00am - 3:00pm
Provide services which could include, but is not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Ambulation Assistance
- Preparing/Planning Meals
- Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders
- Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
- Transportation to appointments/errands
- Assisting with bathing
- Assisting with grooming
- Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues
- Assisting a client receiving Hospice services
- Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
You must meet the following requirements:
* Have a valid DL, insurance and registration
* Have at least 1 year experience working with the elderly
* Have reliable transportation
