We're seeking a Telecommunications Sales Representative to be a part of our vibrant sales team. If you excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you!

Objectives of this role:

Represent the company s products and services, using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs.

Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.

Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and field results.


Responsibilities:

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.

Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

Troubleshoot technical problems related to telecommunications equipment.

Develop, implement, and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Analyze market conditions and competitors activities to stay ahead of emerging trends.

Design and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and materials to illustrate product benefits.

Estimate the cost of installing and maintaining equipment or services.

Write and submit accurate orders while providing input into product design tailored to client needs.

Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.

Assess clients needs, recommend appropriate goods or services, and negotiate sales terms.

Prepare and administer sales contracts while maintaining meticulous customer records.

Build market presence by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business relationships.

Maintain an updated sales database, including all activities, partners, and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in sales or a technical occupation.

A university degree or college diploma in business, technology, or a relevant field.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work unsupervised with high productivity levels.

Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Ability to stay updated with technological advancements.

A university degree or college diploma in business, technical education, or a related field.

Ability to travel to customers
