Assistant General Manager Columbus We are a quickly growing swim school franchise in need of an assistant manager. The job requires availability on evenings and weekends and we are looking for someone who can grow into a GM role as we expand. Must have great customer service skills, be great with kids, and be good at managing multiple styles of employees. We are looking for someone well rounded, ambitious, and great at self motivating. The assistant general manager would work hand in hand with our current general managers along with the owners to grow our business and provide an amazing learning environment for our customers. There will be a bonus structure along with the starting salary. Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
