Responsibilities:
- Receive, pick, pack, & ship material.
- Perform audits/4 corner checks and develop ways to minimize shipping errors/ provide world class quality to customers.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Understand and be able to explain Rack Locator Schematic, Sub Inventory Logic, Order Types and Shipping Matrix, Crate motors.
- Execute all tasks with unyielding safety and quality.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED.
Eligibility Requirement: - Basic Computer Skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in receiving, stocking and shipping product to the end customer.
- The candidate should be able to lift 33 pounds with assistance..
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain certification to operate forklift, order picker, and reach truck.
- Ability and willingness to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and order.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required.
Characteristics: - Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to transact in Oracle and Warehouse Management Software.
- Advanced Computer Skills in Microsoft Suite including Access Databases.
- Knowledge of international shipping documents.
- Experience shipping Lithium Ion Batteries.
- Hazardous Material Certification in DOT, IATA, IMDG, RCRA.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to lead sections.
- Crane rigging knowledge.
