DescriptionWe are looking for a Program Manager with a track record of delivering results and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations. Understanding of Supply Chain, Capacity management, S&OP, Receiving, LSS and Amazon Operations are critical requirements for this role. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus. You will need to develop new processes, leveraging the best and creating the rest. High levels of interaction with operation teams and partner corporate teams. Ability to deep dive and discover opportunity's and create future proof solutions to improve the business. You will interact closely with the business team and identify/manage critical projects that improve productivity, increase capacity, and drive efficiency improvements throughout the supply chain. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
