Role Description
This is a full-time for a Controller/HR Manager who will be responsible for managing day to day payroll and accounting duties. The role will also involve managing human resources tasks. This position will also oversee our other two companies Sota Metal Fabrication and Home Care Heating and Air. The ability to handle complex intercompany transactions will be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial statements, journal entries (accounting), bookkeeping, payroll taxes, and accounting
- Experience with managing human resources tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan helpful
- Experience in the chimney, HVAC or construction industry is a plus
