Emeryville, CA / Purecane Purecane / Part-Time At Purecane, were looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to support the Marketing and Ecommerce teams through the creation of high-quality digital assets. The Shopper Marketing Manager position will help lead, develop, and execute digital and social support for the Purecane brand.

The role involves representing Purecane as a lead Shopper Marketing Manager across all retail, distributor, broker and foodservice channels. This role works cross functionally with marketing, sales, and technical operations and product development teams to create & deliver educational materials, host trainings virtually or in person.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and create education materials for Purecane product to include features, benefits, and key differentiators.

+ Create training and sales materials such as one-pagers, videos, content and lead internal review to execute on materials.

+ Conduct all specific training to help drive sales and support initiatives relative to each of our partners target client and market positioning.

+ Plan and partner with sales and marketing to help onboard all new hires, both corporate and field.

+ Provide feedback and communication to all internal teams both weekly and monthly with recapping on all trainings done. Include all follow-up, internally and externally needed.

+ Lead and participate in- trade shows / events nationally, providing clients with Pure Cane differentiators and benefits for new customer acquisition.

+ Conduct competitor reviews and analysis via store checks, online for both retail and foodservice channels.

**Qualifications:**

+ 3-5 years of field marketing / educational training experience within the CPG industry.

+ Must have good understanding of the trends, key facts and FDA guidelines within the Health & Wellness and Nutrition markets.

+ Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal format with individuals and groups, especially in a virtual environment.

+ Ability to create PPT presentations.

+ Strong presentation skills across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype.

+ Possesses excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word Doc etc.).

+ Effective time management and project management skills.

+ Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

+ Ability to travel as needed.
