The Resident Care Coordinator supports the Wellness Standards regarding implementation of care plans, training and communication across departments and third parties. The Resident Services Director is the direct supervisor for care associates.

Minimum eligibility requirements

  • Experience of 1 year or more as RCC, RCM, or RSD in the care of senior adults.
  • Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience in training and associate's development.
  • Must have certification as required by State regulations for activities.
  • Requires current First Aid and CPR certification, per state requirements.
  • Maintain applicable state requirements of resident care specific training.
  • Ability to represent the community in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
  • High level of ability in effective and succinct communication, written and oral with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
  • Must be capable of maintaining fulltime attendance
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (essential job functions), with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential functions
  • Is highly visible to the customer and to associates.
  • Recruit and hire care associates to work in the Wellness Department.
  • Develop and monitor the scheduling of care associates ensuring weekend and holiday coverage with community needs
  • Involved in the team recruitment approach for all other positions within the Wellness


$21.00 - $23.00/ hour

*Depending on experience
