Job Description:
Mills Design Group is a collaborative, dynamic, and team-oriented studio with a commitment to innovative design, sustainability, and client satisfaction. We work with a variety of residential and commercial clients throughout the US and the Caribbean.
As part of our tight-knit design team, you will be overseeing our design team on a variety of projects from conception through completion. This role will primarily be responsible for leading the development of conceptual design drawings, construction documents, and client coordination. Daily activities may include: design of conceptual plans; managing and scheduling team workloads, client relationships, contract negotiations and Preparing budgets. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and take initiative to provide guidance to the entire team.
Position Requirements:
Degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum of 5+ year s experience
Strong AutoCAD, LandFX, SketchUp, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Freehand illustration and rendering skills (SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop)
Good communication and verbal presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Desired Qualifications:
Landscape and hardscape expertise
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Florida vegetation and growing conditions
Minimum Education Level:
Bachelor s Degree, Landscape Architecture
