Our client is a multi-national company servicing the oil and gas industry in the Houston area. They are an established organization which designs and manufactures some of the most reliable completions technology solutions in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- CNC waste disposal
- Basic troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
- Assist with larger repairs (removing machine guarding and covers)
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge
- Repair industrial equipment
- Advanced troubleshooting of CNC machinery
- Machine adjustments
- Use of measuring devices, multimeter
- Knowledge of CNC controls, gibb and backlash adjustment, manually jogging machine
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years in a manufacturing environment
- 2-5 years expert knowledge in Repairing CNC lathes & mills machines.
- Has worked on these type of machines:
- DMG
- HAAS
- Ganesh
- Doosan
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance
- Stand for long periods of time, up to 8-12 hours/day
- Available to work overtime
Shift:
Salary Range:
- $30-$35 (depending on experience)
