Sales Executive


Job Details

The Sales Executive role focuses on driving revenue growth within our largest existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, prioritizing pursuits, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, understanding client challenges, and executing new business development activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Win new business with existing enterprise clients and contribute to company-wide revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage a new business pipeline, projecting 2X assigned OKR targets and revenue forecasts.
  • Understand client challenges and deploy solutions to drive growth and execution.
  • Establish dialogue with decision-makers, stakeholders, and constituents in each market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and qualify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to execute new business development activities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in Payments/Fintech.
  • Track record of quota achievement and negotiating with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments, handle ambiguity, and respond flexibly to change.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Past experience in payments, mobile, e-commerce, website development, or digital technologies preferred.
