We specialize in designer light fixtures and offer a wide variety of lighting products including architectural lighting, decorative lamps, outdoor lighting, chandeliers, LED bulbs, and more. Our team of light fixture experts is available to consult and assist customers in finding the perfect lighting solutions.


Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our designer light fixtures to customers. This includes assisting customers in selecting the right lighting products for their needs, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Responsibilities and Functions:

1. Prospecting New Clients:

  • Proactively identify and approach new clients and business opportunities in the market.
  • Develop effective strategies to increase the customer base and sales.

2. Visits to Companies and Professionals:

  • Conduct regular visits to companies, architects, interior designers, and other related professionals.
  • Present our company's products persuasively, tailored to the client's needs.

3. Negotiation and Sales Closure:

  • Achieve established sales goals, demonstrating effective sales and persuasion skills.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities and promotions to enhance results.
  • Follow up on sent customer quotations, ensuring proactive and efficient communication to close sales.
  • Effectively follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

4. Product Knowledge:

  • Keep updated knowledge of lighting products and trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

5. Visual Merchandising:

  • Collaborate in the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed attractively.
  • Verify product samples upon receiving them from the warehouse and suggest their display, ensuring proper and updated presentation of products.

6. Proactivity and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to collective goal achievement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related products sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000 up to $150,000 /yr + Sales Commission
