Job Type: Full Time (Remote FL, TX, NC and Local)

Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year

The Production Control Manager will be essential in forging relationships with our manufacturing and distribution networks. Responsibilities:

  • and mentor employees, including reinforcement of signage guidelines.
  • supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency.
  • and manage a vendor network of various manufacturing partners.
  • and able to drive first article and prototype processes alongside Sales and Procurement.
  • key strategic regional partnerships to solidify future and current capacity needs.
  • with other departments to close operational gaps.
  • safety, quality, capacity, cost, and business growth, in a fashion that easily trackable and reportable.
  • appropriate supply chain vendor management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction in the most efficient manner.
  • and actively participate in scheduled project meetings; Proactively communicating all concerns that impact the projects and offer viable solutions to customer issues.
  • and monitor manufacturing workflow
  • the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
  • inter-departmentally to ensure clear communication is achieved when setting up new clients.
  • and corrects inventory levels.
  • manage changes in project scope utilizing problem-solving techniques to identify potential issues and devise contingency plans as required.
  • with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).
  • within supply chain department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation.
  • proper utilization of ERP system (Salesforce).
  • a team of coordinators to help execute business strategies.
  • to 30% travel as needed.


Production Coordinator Management Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced role, interest in logistics/supply chain is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in a signage manufacturing and/or sourcing role, with an interest in logistics/supply chain is preferred but not required
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of executing job tasks in Identiti s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, email, and internet
