Our Sales Associates are responsible for making sure that all clients have the best experience when shopping at a FARM Rio store.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients by giving excellent customer service
- Sharing FARM Rio knowledge and brand partnerships with clients
- Maintenance of store visuals (light housekeeping)
- Operating registers
- Stock maintenance
- Achieving store daily and monthly goals.
Compensation: 19/hr paid biweekly basis
Commission: team monthly commission based on store total
