Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in high-profile cases, providing strategic legal solutions in sports, media, and entertainment sectors.
• Represent a diverse clientele, including lenders, borrowers, and other parties in complex financing transactions.
• Negotiate and draft agreements with a strong focus on music, film, and TV financings.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in entertainment finance, ideally within a law firm setting.
• Strong background in finance, entertainment, and copyright law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
• Must be licensed to practice in California and have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
