Position: CAD/BIM Designer
Location: Siler City, NC
Pay: Starting at $50/hr
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with BIM/CAD in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Experience with different disciplines including CSA, MEP, gas and chemical, high-purity water, waste, and reclamation systems.
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associated degree or certification in BIM/CAD preferred.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am to 5pm
Greene Resources is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assist with CAD/BIM designs to create conceptual designs for projects
- Update AutoCAD and Revit models to as-built conditions
- Create designs for air handlers, pumps, gas lines, water and waste systems, and all things facilities
- Work with engineers, project teams, and the document control manager to create drafted or modeled documentation
- Collaborate with engineers and provide drawings from conceptual engineering sketches and markups
- Develop and update AutoCAD and Revit documentation and drawing sets
- Ensure revision and change control of as-built documents
- Use Bluebeam or other software to perform layout and P&ID design reviews
- Improve the level of development (LOD) for BIM following global standards
