*We are only considering candidates with either a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license. This role is open to a hybrid schedule, but candidates will be required to report to the Santa Ana office for training purposes.

*Experience with Mercury Insurance Company is highly preferred

The pay range for a Client Service Representative is $43,000 - $65,000 yearly (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses


What You Will Do:

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns. While the primary focus of the Client Service Representative is delivering a white-glove customer experience, you will also have the ability to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.

Key Attributes:

  • Property & Casualty license
  • High school or equivalent
  • Effective and precise telephone etiquette
  • 3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty insurance products (particularly Personal Lines, such as auto and homeowners insurance) or any combination of experience and education that would demonstrate preparedness to effectively perform the duties of the position
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with Mercury Insurance Company
  • Experience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360
  • Bachelor s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
