You will report directly to our Finance Sr. Director and you'll work out of our office in Des Moines, IA with a hybrid work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the financial decision-making process, optimize resources, and drive sustainable growth. By effectively reporting on the financial elements of the business and operating its forecasts, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets align with corporate goals and monitor financial performance against budget targets by developing and executing the annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Including monthly consolidation and reporting packages to Corporate and internal leaders. Partner with CFO in preparing Annual Operating Plan and long-range strategic outlook.
  • Analyze scenarios and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and grow a small but dynamic team of finance professionals.
  • Assist with transition to SAP from legacy ERP system from a financial reporting stakeholder view


YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or operational roles with increasing responsibility and supervisory experience is a strong plus
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
  • Experience in global businesses environment a plus
  • Demonstrated experience liaising and presenting to senior management in Finance and/or Leadership positions
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
