Central Phoenix non-profit seeks a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Associate with excellent data-entry skills. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Responsible for providing the highest level of professional assistance to clients, board members and internal customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, directing them to the proper department to best support their needs and questions.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to general questions.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
- Data entry in various platforms and form letter writing.
- Manage general emails to be delivered to specific departments.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in the office.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
