Job Summary: The Sales Administrator will be pivotal in supporting our sales team, ensuring operational excellence and enhancing customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and HubSpot, with exceptional telephone skills, communications, and the ability to close the occasional phone sale effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Sales department runs smoothly.
Generate and update Excel reports and maintain accurate records in MS Office.
Utilize HubSpot for CRM activities, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is up-to-date.
Handle customer inquiries via telephone, providing outstanding service and following up on leads.
Train to develop the ability to close small, sight-unseen deals over the phone.
Assist with preparing and organizing promotional materials and presentations.
Support the sales team in achieving their monthly and annual targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or sales support agent.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for phone-based customer interactions.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Experience in the home services repair industry.
Previous experience in a sales closing role.
