Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a System Administrator. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology management. You will work closely with our clients to ensure the smooth operation of their IT systems and provide solutions to any technical issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in System Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
- Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology management
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certifications in System Administration and Network Administration are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
