Retina Consultants, LLC, is an Ophthalmology practice specializing in Retina, formed in 1986, and is a four-provider practice based in Salem, Oregon with three satellite clinics.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Administrator at RETINA CONSULTANTS, LLC. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including managing medical and Administrative office operations, budgeting, and ensuring efficient and effective practice management.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or equivalent years of experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical practice management.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in healthcare management software, NextGen is preferred

Proficiency Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of QuickBooks Financial Software is preferred and a strong background in Financial management and documentation.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
