We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an IT Staffing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our IT staffing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients within the IT industry.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and present solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize staffing solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast revenue projections accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT staffing or technology industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a relentless focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
