We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Forklift Operator position, joining our North East, Maryland team!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 1st 7:00am-3:30pm OR Monday-Friday 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am

- Position forklifts, lifting platforms, or other materials and transport load into the designated area.
- Loads or unloads stacks of materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
- Weighs materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
- Perform safety inspections on forklifts, document the inspection, and submit the inspection report to the supervisor.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED: - Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a stable work history with good references.
- Prior forklift or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
- Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles.
