About the Role:
We're searching for a seasoned electrician to oversee the renewable energy game at our clients plants across Texas. You'll collaborate closely with our site operators, engineers, and project managers to ensure our clean energy generation runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Be the on-site electrical expert for your assigned assets, leading and mentoring electricians and other team members.
- Organize work, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback to plant or O&M managers.
- Maintain and repair renewable energy equipment, ensuring top performance and safety.
- Perform planned and emergency maintenance, keeping our power generation systems running strong.
- Guarantee all operations comply with industry best practices, regulations, and company guidelines.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- An electrician's license and experience in the power industry (an electrical engineering degree is a plus!).
- At least 5 years in renewable energy, ideally with power plant/high voltage substation experience.
- A passion for clean energy and the know-how to keep it flowing.
- Top-notch technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with power electronics, circuitry, and predictive maintenance technologies.
- The ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license.
