We are looking to add a Director of Preconstruction to oversee and manage a large estimating team of 20+ individuals. This person will enjoy both preconstruction and managing others and needs to bring a minimum of 15 years' experience working for a general contractor with increasing leadership growth. The position is based out of their Fort Lauderdale office.
