Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Monroe, NC
Shift: 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 schedule. Initial training will be from 6am-6pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Compensation: $28.50/hr, w2 looks like $77k, + quarterly earnings bonus 5%-7%
Benefits: 100% company paid Medical, Dental, & Vision. 401(k).

Position Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, determine the problem, and implement the repair. This position requires an understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission. Qualified candidates must be able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints proficiently and make necessary modifications.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has an ET, EM, MM, and Avionics background. You will have 2+ years of experience ins and industrial mechanical or electrical work. I high emphasis is placed on mechanical aptitude including precision measurements. You should have experience reading blueprints, operating conventional industrial equipment, troubleshooting, and utilizing meters and gauges for quality repairs.
