A leading elevator and accessibility company is seeking a **Sales Representative** to join our fast-paced, growing business. DME Elevators & Lifts has nearly 45 years of experience in residential elevators, commercial LULA elevators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters and stairlifts. With each customer, we strive for *Excellence in Elevation*. DME operates four facilities serving Northern and Central Illinois, Southeast Wisconsin and Central and Northern Indiana. **Residential Sales Representative**
Exciting opportunity to join the Midwest leader in elevators and lifts. At DME Elevators & Lifts we help enhance commercial accessibility and residential living experience. Working with general contractors, high-end home builders and buyers, we help merge function, design and high quality craftsmanship into commercial and residential applications.
Encompassing business development, in-home sales presentations and relationship management, this position is ideal for new and veteran sales professionals, providing ample opportunities to succeed.
**Responsibilities** for this position include:
* Identify and substantially develop network opportunities for sales growth
* Schedule appointments, build rapport with potential customers, understand customer needs and offer appropriate products
* Present *Lunch and Learn* programs to architects promoting elevators and other products
* Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company sales metrics
**Education, Skills, & Qualifications** required include:
* High School Graduate
* Two+ years of commissioned based and/or retail sales experience preferred
* Experience developing and growing business relationships
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Some experience within the construction industry is extremely helpful. Mechanical, electrical, drawing and/or estimating skills transfer well for this role.

**Hours** are generally Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. Sales appointments may be evenings and weekends, subject to meeting customer availability
