Customer Loyalty Representative

Customer Loyalty Team members handle customer inquiries into our contact center, which include: new orders, emails, live chat, social media responses, refill orders, and general product information.
Our products & services delight customers, who are loyal to us because we are passionate about helping them. Our Customer Loyalty Team members are ambassadors for all of us here at Boothwyn. They demonstrate to the customer what it means when We Try Harder .
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls to our contact center.
- Place outgoing calls and to follow up on customers inquiries.
- Take and enter orders coming into our call center.
- Answer customers' emails, texts, & social media queries
- Assist customers in their refill orders.
- Provide above and beyond customer service, while assisting customers with their needs.

Upon successful completion of new-hire training, initial work schedules are assigned according to demand; often Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and one Saturday a month working 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:- Kennett Square, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
