Lead Therapist at Google San Francisco
Job Overview
The role of the LMT is to support the Google Site Manager (GSM) in monitoring and responding to the day-to-day tasks and basic communications with providers in an assigned zone, location, or team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports assigned GSM with basic Google provider team onboarding procedures, including communication protocols, site tours, tools training, and massage space maintenance.
- Check in with newly hired providers.
- Ensures providers are using BT and Google tools and communication channels appropriately.
- Notices trends in concerns, obstacles, and/or challenges, and reports them to the assigned GSM.
- Calmly solves problems on the spot.
- Completes regular room audits as scheduled or assigned.
- Visits sites as directed.
- Is a go to subject matter expert.
- Supports GSM with supplies as needed and/or directed.
- Files tickets with Google facilities team when necessary; copies GSM on all tickets.
- Acts as a point of contact and knowledgeable resource to other BT providers in an assigned zone, location, or team.
- Answers questions regarding Google Massage program and BT expectations, code of conduct, and procedures.
- Meetings
- Weekly/BiWeekly with Google Site Managers
- Quarterly check in with Google Site Managers
Technical + Systems Expertise
- Self educates, stays current, and understands systems and tools used at Google sites and those provided by BT.
- Addresses basic tech issues.
- Assist with tech updates: security certificate updates installed, clearing history/cache, etc.
- Expert in using BT and Google systems such as, and not limited to:
- Appointy
- Sugar
- Bambee
- Uzio
- Email
- Phones
- Texting
- Inventory system
