Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade leadership team.

**What we are looking for**
The Senior Sous Chef role is a 2IC position, reporting to the Head Chef, and will oversee the kitchen operations, upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture.
**What we are looking for**
* Experience as a Sous or Head Chef for a premium venue
* Have the experience and knowledge to lead a culinary team and mentor junior chefs, including Apprentices
* A professional who has a structured and organised approach, managing multiple and varying tasks simultaneously
* A proven ability to thrive within a high-volume environment
* Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
* The ability to review operational performance and make improvements where necessary
* Strong communication skills
