Spare Parts Specialist - Inside Sales / Customer Service role

Well established industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for an Inside Sales person to work with their customers across North America to handle the ordering of spare/replacement parts.

Skills:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail
- Should have understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics
- Ability to read blueprints
- Capable of identifying part numbers based on mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Familiarity with UPS, FEDEX, packing and shipping
- SAP experience a plus
