Production Clerk - 1st Shift


Job Details

Position Summary: In the position of Production Clerk you will beCompiles and records production data to prepare records and reports on
volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure all input materials are staged correctly for a production run and are completely consumed correctly.
  • Enter all supply tasks in SAP for production runs
  • Pull and stage dry raw requested by batch team
  • Pull flavors for batch team. Put away flavors
  • Request trays for production runs from warehouse team
  • Complete make task in task control to complete all material left over after production runs
  • Physically and systematically put away all material left over after production runs. Verify production confirmations to allow for finished good to be processed and shipped
  • Close out production runs in SAP. Enter Scrap. Fully consume materials. Verify all numbers are accurate
  • Follow company procedures to ensure that inventory information is accurately recorded. Assist with projects to improve inventory accuracy, material flows and space planning
  • Take initiative to inform supervisor of any issues related to product flow, record keeping or any problems affecting data accuracy.
Position Requirements:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field ofBusiness Administration, Accounting, or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP software

Salary Range: $24.50/hr - $28.80/hr
