Responsibilities:
- Oversee various civil engineering projects, including site layout, design, and planning.
- Lead a wide range of civil engineering analysis and design tasks.
- Coordinate with local municipalities, utilities, and environmental agencies.
- Conduct site investigations and document existing conditions.
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and bid packages.
- Supervise project plans and design calculations.
- Provide solutions during the construction administration phase.
- Engage with existing and potential clients.
- Lead the preparation of technical content for proposals.
- Attend industry and business development functions.
- Mentor and develop local engineering staff.
- Perform project financial updates and revenue projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Site and Civil Engineering.
- NJ PE required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to provide constructive guidance to engineers and drafters.
- Understanding and application of local code and permitting requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with other business units.
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience.
