**LOCATION:** Brodhead, WI The QTI Group is assisting our client, a well-established and family-owned and operated manufacturer in Brodhead, who is seeking to hire multiple **Assemblers** to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who is reliable and will demonstrate good attendance. **DIRECT HIRE** openings on **1st shift** from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. Great **4-day workweek** plus overtime and a pay rate of $18/hour. **Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**
* Operate various tools to assemble trailers; including but not limited to, hand drill, hammer, needle gun, caulk gun, chisel, disk sander, rivet gun, etc.
* Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners
* Prepare metal surfaces and clean trailer components with solvents
* Caulk all required trailer seams and joints
* Perform measurement layouts per blueprints
* Operate overhead cranes
* Perform other duties as required
**Qualifications:**
* Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
* Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and work performance
* Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measures and company documents for work area
* Basic math skills required, especially fractions
* Ability to operate computerized automated equipment
* Able to climb and balance on ladders and scaffolding
* Ability to work mandatory overtime
